The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing residential remodeling projects from post-sale through installation. This role owns project execution, customer satisfaction, subcontractor performance, and cost control across multiple active jobs.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required; additional education preferred
5–10+ years experience in roofing, siding, window, and door installation
Proven project and subcontractor management experience
Portfolio of work performed and managed required
Strong leadership presence with a professional demeanor
Self-motivated, disciplined, competitive, and results-driven
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
High-level customer service skills
Scalable leadership mindset with long-term career goals
Carpentry experience required

Responsibilities

Supervise onsite subcontractors and enforce company processes and standards
Manage projects with a strong balance of customer satisfaction and cost control
Maintain high workmanship standards aligned with plans, specifications, and company expectations
Perform accurate material take-offs and ensure proper ordering
Clearly communicate scope of work to Project Coordinators, subcontractors, and homeowners
Serve as the escalation point for installation issues and customer concerns
Diagnose and resolve problems efficiently and professionally
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Oversee projects from implementation through completion
Allocate labor, materials, and resources effectively
Lead by example and contribute to the development of the operations team
