About The Position

Assort Health is hiring a Project Manager to lead end-to-end health system implementation projects. The role coordinates internal product, engineering, Agent PM, Agent Engineer, and FDE teams with client-side IT, clinical, and operations stakeholders. The Project Manager sequences implementation work alongside governance gates such as security reviews, change control, environment migrations, and formal testing. • Technical fluency and comfort working closely with engineering teams.

  • Run internal syncs based on the project plan and own the weekly executive update.
  • Identify risks and dependencies early, escalate with clear options, and keep timelines realistic.
  • Drive strategic Health Systems projects with the strategic projects lead, turning ambiguous goals into scoped plans with owners and dates.
  • Build repeatable templates and processes, including project plans, stakeholder maps, and status reports, to make each health system launch faster.
