This Project Manager position at ALC in Coquitlam, BC, is for a seasoned professional who will work independently to support the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets. The role involves facilitating project tasks with various functional organizations, forecasting project revenues, tracking progress, identifying project problems, and recommending resolutions. This is a current vacancy for which Carrier is actively hiring.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
5+ years of experience in project management/supervision in controls or technical field
Must have unrestricted authorization to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

Support the development of project plans, project schedules, and project budgets, ensuring adherence to the established program plan, schedule, and budget.
Track progress and identify/resolve obstacles to minimize disruption to project schedules.
Forecast project revenues and re-estimate project costs monthly to monitor costs and maximize project profitability.
Analyze gathered data and develop solutions/alternate methods of proceeding to optimize performance.
Maintain/present plans and progress reports on business aspects of the project(s) to track progress and ensure that established targets are met.
Identify and address project problems and recommend resolutions to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Facilitate project tasks with the various functional organizations to ensure alignment with overall project objectives.
