About The Position

The Project Manager will coordinate the execution of projects across SpaceX, Data Center, and large cross-sell initiatives. This role involves tracking production status, material flow, and order progress across multiple active programs. The Project Manager will also manage day-to-day vendor coordination, including purchase orders, expediting, and delivery tracking. Maintaining project trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools to provide visibility to internal stakeholders is a key responsibility. Additionally, the role supports the development and execution of stocking plans and inventory strategies, partners with sales and operations for accurate and timely order execution, and identifies and escalates risks related to supply chain, production, or scheduling constraints. Ensuring documentation, order requirements, and customer specifications are complete and accurate, and supporting continuous improvement efforts to enhance execution consistency and efficiency are also crucial aspects of this position.

Requirements

• 4–8+ years in production, operations, or project coordination
• Familiarity with supply chain processes and vendor coordination
• Proficiency in ERP systems and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI a plus)
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or engineered products environment preferred
