About The Position

Maple Reinders Constructors is seeking an experienced Project Manager for their Civil construction division in Ontario, specifically for a water/wastewater project in Hamilton. This role involves managing water and wastewater projects, defining schedules, ensuring goals are met, and maintaining communication. The position is site-based and requires daily travel to the assigned project. The company offers opportunities for growth into larger and more challenging projects.

Requirements

5 or more years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry with a general contractor.
A University Degree/Technology Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a combination of education and industry experience.
Travel to site is required.

Nice To Haves

Experience working on Renewable Natural Gas and/or Water/Wastewater projects is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

Develop successful relationships with clients, consultants, architects, sub-contractors, and other project stakeholders.
Effectively manage projects using existing skills and adhering to Maple Reinders’ processes and procedures to ensure quality and consistency.
Mentor junior Project Managers and Coordinators, sharing knowledge and guiding their career progression.
Manage Water and Wastewater related projects typically valued between $20-$50M.
