The Project Manager plays a critical leadership role across the full lifecycle of FLINT’s industrial construction and turnaround projects, from bid development and proposal planning through execution, closeout, and future pursuits. Engaged early in the pursuit phase, this role provides constructability expertise, execution planning, schedule logic, resource strategies, and risk identification to help develop competitive, executable proposals. Upon project award, the Project Manager assumes ownership of delivery, ensuring continuity between the estimate, execution plan, commercial commitments, and field execution. As a trusted leader, the Project Manager works closely with clients, estimating, operations, project controls, supply chain, engineering, and field teams to drive safe, predictable, and successful project outcomes. Beyond project completion, this role captures lessons learned, contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, and supports future bids and strategic growth opportunities. This is an ideal opportunity for a driven construction professional who combines strong technical knowledge, commercial acumen, and leadership skills with a passion for delivering complex industrial projects safely, efficiently, and successfully.
