About The Position

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead transmission and utility infrastructure projects from planning through execution. This role is responsible for managing cost, schedule, and project teams while ensuring successful delivery of multiple capital projects. The position includes regular local site visits (no overnight travel).

Requirements

• Associate degree (2-year) required
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Knowledge of project management principles, scheduling, and cost control
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s preferred
• Experience in utility or transmission projects
• PMP or CAPM certification
• Construction management experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or technical certifications

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple transmission/construction projects from start to finish
• Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, construction)
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
• Ensure milestones and deliverables are completed on time
• Support risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making
• Coordinate site visits and oversee project progress in the field
• Communicate with stakeholders, including leadership and project teams
