NorthAmCon, LLC is seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee conveyor and material handling projects from initial concept through final delivery. This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining strong communication with internal teams, vendors, and customers. This position is well-suited for a hands-on project manager who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment, collaborating across departments, and supporting both pre-sale and post-sale activities. Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and close projects in accordance with defined timelines, scope, and budget
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and documentation using appropriate tools
  • Track project progress and communicate status updates to internal teams and customers
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope or schedule and implement contingency plans as needed
  • Identify issues, troubleshoot challenges, and develop practical solutions to keep projects on track
  • Assist the sales team by providing technical application support
  • Create detailed proposals for conveyor systems using estimating tools and vendor quotations
  • Estimate required resources, materials, and labor for each project
  • Coordinate with vendors and outside suppliers to support project requirements
  • Provide after-sale support and assist with customer service needs
