NorthAmCon, LLC is seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee conveyor and material handling projects from initial concept through final delivery. This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining strong communication with internal teams, vendors, and customers. This position is well-suited for a hands-on project manager who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment, collaborating across departments, and supporting both pre-sale and post-sale activities. Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and close projects in accordance with defined timelines, scope, and budget
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and documentation using appropriate tools
Track project progress and communicate status updates to internal teams and customers
Proactively manage changes in project scope or schedule and implement contingency plans as needed
Identify issues, troubleshoot challenges, and develop practical solutions to keep projects on track
Assist the sales team by providing technical application support
Create detailed proposals for conveyor systems using estimating tools and vendor quotations
Estimate required resources, materials, and labor for each project
Coordinate with vendors and outside suppliers to support project requirements
Provide after-sale support and assist with customer service needs
