Plans, directs and coordinates activities pertaining to the construction and renovation of company assets, specifically the store facilities, distribution center, and offices. Ensures safety is a top priority among all channels of workflow. Oversee construction of new and existing facilities in accordance with company policies, and governmental regulations. General Purpose: The Project Manager will oversee and evaluate specifications for plan procedures, start and completion dates, and staffing requirements for each phase of a construction project. Will manage and maintain all company assets and ensure timely completion of all outstanding equipment and facility breakdowns. Must provide our customers with total satisfaction by offering competitively priced, high quality products and services in a clean, safe and friendly environment. To serve our community through volunteerism and produce a return on assets which will assure the future prosperity of our employees and our company. To be an ambassador of our “Living Brand” by building relationships with our customers.
