About The Position

Responsible for the management of various IMG Academy new construction, renovation, repairs, and enhancement projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction management role
  • Strong project management skills including the ability to make mid-course corrections
  • Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices
  • Knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to interface with a variety of audiences
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced organization.
  • A superior work ethic
  • Desire to work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning, organizing, and managing projects related to new construction, repairs, and enhancements.
  • Coordinating requests for information (RFI), requests for proposals (RFP), requests for qualifications (RFQ), change orders and submittal process.
  • Oversee project teams/vendors in the construction of projects ensuring project quality, schedule, budget, safety, and exceptional guests experience goals are met.
  • Manage timely and proper payments processes to vendors.
  • Monitors budget allocations, expenditures, fund balances and related financial activities for the purpose to ensure that allocations are accurate, expenses are within budget limits and/or fiscal practices are followed.
  • Produce, deliver, and maintain progress updates, status reports, agendas, minutes, and pre-meeting materials specific to projects.
  • Provide daily operational support as directed and as needed across all areas of IMG Academy including but not limited to Property Management and Maintenance.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethic codes.
  • This position is considered essential staff and will assist with managing facility preparedness during emergency or weather-related situations. Essential staff may need to reside on campus for several days for extreme emergencies.
