About The Position

We’re seeking a highly organized, strategic and proactive Project Manager to help lead complex projects across trade shows, digital platforms, and experiential activations. The Senior Project Manager is the internal hub for execution between Creative, Client Services/Account Management and Production — ensuring that every project runs smoothly, teams are aligned, and no detail gets lost in the ever-changing world of production. We’re a team of creatives, strategists, and builders who believe great work starts with strong relationships and smart thinking. In this role, you’ll be able to work with leading brands, craft meaningful experiences, and shape the future of trade show marketing. We support growth, reward hustle, and celebrate wins—big or small. Storylink is a brand engagement agency located in the Twin Cities. We design and build custom brand engagement exhibits, digital assets, and activations. Our company culture is rooted in our values and has a growth mindset! If you thrive in a growing, dynamic team environment and possess a strong desire to succeed, we would love to meet you! This role reports to the Director of Project Management. As a Project Manager, you thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and can confidently manage both the big picture as well as the tactical day-to-day. You’ll take ownership of key accounts and large-scale activations, guiding cross-functional teams from concept through execution. This is a high-impact role for a dynamic individual with a collaborative and agile mindset. The ideal candidate thrives on creative problem solving, change management and creating positive relationships. You’ll be the tip of the spear as a liaison between all of project execution, account management and creative services.
