About The Position

The Project Manager, Global Learning Academy, will be responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and the migration of education partners to the Docebo platform. This role involves implementing governance frameworks, managing project risks and timelines, and ensuring compliance with project management methodologies. The position also focuses on AI and innovation enablement within the learning environment and ensuring effective project close-out and transition to operational teams. Responsibilities

  • Implement and operationalize a GLA governance framework, including decision forums, reporting cadence, and escalation pathways.
  • Serve as primary project lead and the central coordination point across education partners, functional teams, and executive stakeholders.
  • Manage scope, priorities, timelines, and success criteria across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Provide proactive identification, management, and escalation of risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Facilitate steering committees, working groups, and executive governance meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with CAMH EPMO project management methodology, governance standards, documentation requirements, and project controls.
  • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions to ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
  • Provide recommendations to executive sponsors and senior leadership regarding project priorities, risks, resource requirements, and organizational impacts.
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery across initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Develop and manage integrated project plans, including milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to CAMH project management methodologies, standards, and controls.
  • Manage project execution to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within approved scope and budget, while meeting defined quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, consultants, and external partners to achieve project objectives.
  • Manage project dependencies across multiple initiatives and identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and reduce delivery risks.
  • Lead formal change control processes, including assessment of scope, schedule, resource, financial, and operational impacts.
  • Ensure project documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle and reflects current project status.
  • Monitor project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and reporting tools to support informed decision-making.
  • Support procurement activities, and implementation planning where applicable.
  • Ensure successful operational readiness, knowledge transfer, and transition of completed projects into sustainable business operations.
  • Lead project planning for migration of education partners to the Docebo platform.
  • Develop detailed migration and onboarding plans, including timelines and readiness criteria.
  • Collaborate across business, technical teams, and external partners to support successful implementation.
  • Oversee transition of partners from project delivery to operations.
  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and operational impacts throughout each migration.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT, defect resolution, implementation planning, cutover activities, and transition to operational support.
  • Ensure all partners successfully transition from project implementation into sustainable operational support with appropriate documentation, training, governance, and support models.
  • Monitor project outcomes, partner adoption, satisfaction, and benefits realization, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and future enhancements.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement activities across Education, Information Management Group (IMG), Digital, Marketing, Executive Leadership, external education partners, and implementation partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Facilitate alignment on priorities, scope, and deliverables across diverse groups.
  • Lead discussions to resolve competing priorities, risk issues and conflicting stakeholder interests which ensuring decisions are documented and communicated.
  • Provide recommendations to project sponsors and senior leadership regarding emerging issues, project impacts, and delivery options.
  • Develop, execute and implement project communication plans for diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Develop and maintain project dashboards, scorecards, executive reports, and performance metrics to monitor project health and progress.
  • Establish and maintain mechanisms to track progress against GLA growth targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare and deliver regular project updates, dashboards, and executive reports.
  • Analyze project performance data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure project documentation, reporting, and performance metrics comply with CAMH EPMO standards and governance requirements.
  • Support data-driven decision-making, evaluation, and continuous improvement by providing timely, accurate, and meaningful project insights.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and identify opportunities to improve project delivery, governance, and operational effectiveness.
  • Lead project planning to implement novel AI-enabled learning features and content.
  • Develop implementation plans, timelines, resource requirements, and success measures for innovation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with technical and learning teams to test and launch new technologies on the platform (in accordance with CAMH AI policies and procedures).
  • Track and report on progress related to AI-enabled learning assets.
  • Support structured intake and prioritization of new initiatives and partner requests, in alignment with executive and senior leaders.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new partners and programs.
  • Ensure alignment with governance processes and resource capacity.
  • Ensure effective project close-out and transition to operational teams.
