Due to rapid growth, they are seeking a remote Project Manager to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to customer specifications and quality standards. Project Managers at Mosaic lead multiple projects simultaneously, acting as partners to internal Consultants and external clients to ensure project efficiency.

Requirements

3+ years of implementation/consulting project management experience
3+ years of HCM implementation experience
Ability to work fully remote and travel up to 40% as needed for client work.

Nice To Haves

A completed Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University
CAPM or PMP certification
Experience working with UKG products

Responsibilities

Lead project team in analysis, design, development, testing and implementation efforts for projects to ensure project deliverables meet expectations for scope, quality, cost, timing, and business objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal team members and our clients
Present and own budgets for the life cycle of the project
Ensure appropriate use of Mosaic’s project management tools, guidelines, and methodologies
Develop, define and execute project plan, scope and deliverables. Engage in decisions that impact project scope and communicate any changes to the team and management
Identify and track issues or obstacles to the project, assess impact and execute a timely resolution
