Requirements

  • An innate talent for project management, with experience wrangling team members, vendors, and Client stakeholders, in order to rally around a project plan and meet deadlines according to your client’s goals.
  • A proactive approach to PM and the ability to take anticipatory actions, demonstrating an ability to independently navigate tasks without needing explicit directions.
  • Experience managing projects with internal cross-functional teams of 8-10+ people.
  • A working knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, Paid Media, Data Analytics, and UX.
  • A champion of process and ongoing improvements, educating the team on project management best practices while keeping your eyes/ears open for new opportunities to drive workflow efficiency.
  • Know how to best forecast team bandwidth for upcoming projects and are quick to find workarounds for surprise roadblocks; strong communication, organization, and time management skills are unmatched.
  • Experience interfacing directly with client POCs of all levels and can adapt your communication style and approach accordingly.

  • Fully onboarded to your book of business, including a full understanding of your client’s scope and project plan for 5-7 clients.
  • Adopted Seer processes and make suggestions for how we can improve.
  • Started to build strong rapport and trusting relationships with clients and Seer teammates.

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact for all new client requests on some of our highest priority accounts, working with our internal team to align on priorities and timing.
  • Manage an integrated project plan, working with all service lines.
  • Plan and monitor resource utilization on the account, forecast workload, and bandwidth to proactively manage project budget, and allocate resources.
  • Track hours and costs to keep projects within budget, proactively raising red flags to finance and escalating to management as needed.
  • Manage and delegate tasks across team members as needed via our PM tool, Wrike.com, and/or a separate client-preferred project management tool.
  • Manage resourcing assignments for your clients projects utilizing this tool.
  • Lead ongoing process improvements for driving greater efficiency across the company, supporting internal initiatives and operations.

  • $70,000 - $80,000/ year - Your final offered compensation will be determined by your skills and experience
