About The Position
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager with 6-12+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering, product delivery, or similar roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payment ecosystems, transaction lifecycle, and financial systems architecture. Experience working with APIs, microservices, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and distributed systems is essential. You will have a proven track record of leading cross-functional technical programs at scale, preferably within banking, fintech, merchant acquiring, or payments processing companies. This role requires effective communication with senior leadership, providing transparent updates, trade-offs, and strategic recommendations. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills are crucial.
