This position is responsible to execute the transfer plan to the Tijuana facility, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner to support project schedules, communicating with all the stakeholders. Ultimately leading the project to a timely and successful conclusion. The scope of the position includes: indirect leadership of a cross-functional project teams (customer service, operations, engineering, quality), project cost management & productivity targets, and customer communication related to the project in coordination with Business Unit Manager(s) to ensure customer support.
