About The Position

Engineered Building Systems (EBS), a member of the AIR Control Concepts family, works with owners, engineers, and contractors from project conception through completion to provide solutions for customers’ mechanical equipment needs. The Project Manager supports EBS’s efforts to create customer value and a positive customer experience by helping develop appropriate solutions within customer constraints. The role works alongside Sales Engineers on quoting, equipment selection, submittals, and pricing, balancing technical precision with business speed.

Requirements

Technical or engineering background, including demonstrated ability to understand and communicate concepts in a technical field.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage details and consistently meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

Construction or mechanical engineering work experience.
Experience working in a complex or technical sales environment.
Proficiency in AutoCAD or a similar drafting/design program.

Responsibilities

Assist Account Executives in selling products represented by Engineered Building Systems.
Select and price HVAC equipment.
Prepare proposals and submittals.
Enter and track orders as required.
Provide customer service as required.
Attend jobsite meetings as required.
Perform jobsite field verification and coordination as required.
Assist consulting engineers, contractors, and end users with technical, installation, and operational questions.
