The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of professional services to customers across multiple projects. Through strong interpersonal skills, open communication, and a balanced approach, the Project Manager achieves results and facilitates consensus. Develop/maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and to manage expectations Establish project schedules and ensure timely delivery of milestones Document and manage project scope (change control) Identify resource needs, assign work, and coordinate schedules Monitor and track key project dependencies Oversee project budgets Communicate project status both internally and externally to the client Identify and manage project risks/issues Lead technical resources to ensure adequate root cause analysis of issues Establish Statements of Work Ensure quality of delivered services.
