About The Position
Our client is growing their affordable housing development team in Tampa and looking for a Project Manager to help take deals from application through construction and stabilization. You'll work across a portfolio of 8+ active Florida deals — new construction, rehab, and stabilization — gaining hands-on exposure to the full affordable housing development lifecycle, from LIHTC and tax credit financing to closing and construction draws.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience construction for multifamily OR affordable housing developments
- Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, pro formas, data analysis)
- Strong organizational and communication skills — and the ability to juggle shifting priorities
- A desire to grow within affordable housing development
- Authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Support LIHTC, FHA, GSE, and other affordable housing financing applications
- Coordinate due diligence, budgets, pro formas, and project schedules
- Manage construction draws and stabilization reporting
- Work directly with lenders, investors, architects, and municipalities
