About The Position

IBG (Innovative Beauty Group) is a global one-stop beauty shop that partners with clients to bring beauty visions to life. IBG North America specializes in turnkey solutions, private label and packaging in the beauty industry. We are currently looking for a Project Manager who will manage and oversee multiple projects across various categories, from concept through delivery. This role will collaborate closely with all cross-functional teams to ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage and document complex timelines and multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, creative environment. This role is for an existing vacancy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working in project management or product development, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or consumer goods industry.
  • Detail -oriented, organized, and capable of juggling multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills and can work effectively across departments.
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment and take pride in delivering beautiful, high-quality results.

Nice To Haves

  • A Project Management certification - highly desirable
  • Previous experience in product development with tools and accessories considered an asset

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end sourcing and product development across designated categories, from concept through production and delivery.
  • Translate customer briefs into detailed product specifications and support supplier development and execution.
  • Partner with Sales and customers to define project scope, requirements, pricing targets, and quality expectations.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage global suppliers (in collaboration with China and Korea teams) to optimize cost, quality, and timelines.
  • Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and production schedules while developing cost breakdowns and supporting quotations and proposals.
  • Create and manage project plans and critical path timelines in PMOne, ensuring accountability and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Oversee day-to-day project execution, tracking progress, purchase orders, production schedules, and sample timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in PMOne, including specifications, version control, supplier communications, and project updates.
  • Communicate regularly with internal teams and external partners to provide updates, resolve issues, and address technical or production challenges.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, Engineering, Design, Creative, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify risks, manage budgets and cost controls, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and speed-to-market.
