About The Position

The Project Manager will manage precast concrete projects from post-sale through closeout at our San Antonio, Texas facility, ensuring customer requirements are met while delivering on schedule, budget, and overall business performance objectives. All employees are required to follow all Safety and Quality rules and processes to ensure a safe working environment, and the production of high-quality products.

Requirements

College Degree (4 year) in Engineering, Construction, or Business or comparable work experience.
3 to 5 years of experience with exposure to precast concrete, engineering, and/or operations.

Responsibilities

Maintain frequent communication with all relevant parties to ensure project plans are being met.
Ensure all documentation is in place for timely invoicing and to assist in the collection of outstanding payments.
Review, negotiate, and execute contracts, ensuring terms, conditions, and scope are consistent with Tindall’s proposal and disseminated within the division.
Ensure compliance with all contract terms during project execution and monitor for changes requiring timely change order negotiation.
Understand customer requirements and create project schedules with input from relevant functional areas.
Facilitate meetings to convey necessary information and establish plans for successful project outcomes.
Communicate clearly and directly with customers on all matters affecting the company’s interests.
Ensure project files are current and complete.
Help ensure appropriate field safety and quality assurance measures are followed.
Assist in securing project information or materials to maintain production and field schedules.
Ensure all close-out documentation is submitted and project files are archived after final payment.
Convene project post-mortem meetings to review projects, identify non-conformances, root causes, and corrective actions.
