The USCS Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for the oversight and governance of multiple high-visibility project initiatives across the organization that support the company’s strategic growth objectives. The purpose of the PMO is to provide visibility to leadership on the current project pipeline and ensure projects are completed on time and on budget. The Project Manager (PM) for the PMO is a strategic execution administrator, responsible for designing, optimizing, and deploying business infrastructure, cross-functional organizational initiatives, and operational change management. While traditional IT project management focuses deeply on core technology infrastructure, this role partners directly with our non-technical business domains. The successful candidate will drive enterprise efficiency, oversee corporate governance projects, facilitate corporate strategic initiatives, and lead process-reengineering programs. This role requires an active PMP certification and experience applying standard project management frameworks to operational workflows. The ideal candidate will use core methodologies such as resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder alignment to successfully deliver process standardizations, supply chain updates, and organizational improvements.
