About The Position

We’re seeking a Project Manager who brings strong leadership, deep technical expertise, and a disciplined approach to executing complex, high-stakes work where uptime and performance are non-negotiable. This is a project-based role requiring temporary relocation for the duration of the project. Requirements

5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
Strong understanding of scheduling, cost control, procurement, and documentation
Experience with Procore, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software (P6 or MS Project)
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts
OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)

Nice To Haves

Mission Critical experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality are aligned and executed with precision.
Coordinate internal teams and field leadership.
Keep projects progressing smoothly through each phase.
Ensure documentation is accurate.
Own cost control, forecasting, change management, and reporting.
Monitor budgets and forecasts.
Manage change orders and cost reporting.
Identify risks early and address them proactively.
Set clear expectations, enforce commitments, and follow through with subcontractors.
Ensure work meets project specifications.
Address challenges constructively.
Maintain strong, professional working relationships.
Make decisions based on data, not assumptions.
Maintain a high standard of quality and compliance.
Escalate concerns early.
