About The Position

As an integral part of our Projects team, the Project Manager will play a key role in leading construction initiatives, managing project scope, schedule, and budget, and fostering strong client and subcontractor relationships.

Requirements

Post-secondary education in construction management or a related field or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 5 years’ project management experience with a General Contractor.
Strong negotiation, time management, problem solving and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

Jonas management and Procore software experience would be considered an asset.
Gold Seal certification would be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements.
Select trade subcontractors and plan, schedule and co-ordinate their activities.
Manage project budgets and submit monthly progress billings.
Focus on managing the project schedule along with the team through the use of MS Project.
Ensure projects are built to drawing specifications and the timely completion of all site activities.
Communicate regularly with Site Managers and all stakeholders.
Provide leadership to labour force to ensure timely completion of all activities and deliverables.
Develop and maintain positive relations and with clients, consultants, architects and subcontractors.
