milkrite | InterPuls is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives within our manufacturing operations environment. Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in: Project management within a manufacturing or industrial environment and/or Manufacturing/operations leadership with project responsibility
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Exposure to plant operations, production environments, or industrial settings
- Strong project planning and execution skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of manufacturing operations and performance metrics
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities
- Lead and execute complex projects within a manufacturing environment, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and budget
- Orchestrate initiatives and effectively communicate amongst cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, HR, and Finance
- Identify risks and drive mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery
- Partner closely with operations teams to ensure seamless execution and minimal disruption to production
- Manage external vendors, contractors, and service providers as needed
- Track and report project progress, KPIs, and key milestones to leadership
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
