About The Position

milkrite | InterPuls is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives within our manufacturing operations environment. Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in: Project management within a manufacturing or industrial environment and/or Manufacturing/operations leadership with project responsibility
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Exposure to plant operations, production environments, or industrial settings
  • Strong project planning and execution skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing operations and performance metrics
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute complex projects within a manufacturing environment, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and budget
  • Orchestrate initiatives and effectively communicate amongst cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, HR, and Finance
  • Identify risks and drive mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery
  • Partner closely with operations teams to ensure seamless execution and minimal disruption to production
  • Manage external vendors, contractors, and service providers as needed
  • Track and report project progress, KPIs, and key milestones to leadership
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
