About The Position

DuPont Community Credit Union (DCCU) is seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join their Project Management team as a Project Manager. This role is on-site at their Waynesboro, VA location. The position involves developing full-scale project plans, partnering with stakeholders to define project scope and requirements, managing project timelines and deliverables with developers, and overseeing complex projects in a dynamic environment. The Project Manager will also be responsible for risk management, change management, and stakeholder management, as well as monitoring and reporting on project progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or 3-5 years equivalent project management experience required.
• Familiarity with PMI’s PMBOK framework and terms for project management best practices as well as understands and keeps up with PMI industry best practices and trends.

Nice To Haves

• PMI professional designations preferred (PMP, CAPM).

Responsibilities

• Develop full scale project plans including tasks, milestones, and dependencies, and secure appropriate resources to deliver the plan on-time and within scope.
• Partner with business analysts project owners and related stakeholders on the definition of the project scope, goals, deliverables, business requirements, measurements, and success criteria to ensure project outcomes are of high quality and meet the needs of the stakeholders.
• Work closely with developers to manage project timelines, priorities, and deliverables as part of our Product Development Department.
• Manage a complex project in a dynamic environment, including risk management, change management and stakeholder management.
• Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates on progress, obstacles, risks, and successes.
