Provide crucial supply chain support to Lam factories. This role works across multiple suppliers and commodities to ensure our factories continue to support our customer’s needs, which feeds worldwide semiconductor innovation. As a Program or Project Manager at Lam, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects/programs for [insert group or strategic initiative]. You’ll be at the forefront of project initiation through delivery, using your expertise to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 3+ years’ experience; or equivalent experience.
3+ years of related experience in project management or program management.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
Analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.

Responsibilities

Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within tolerable risk levels.
Manage non-technical, supply chain projects using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery.
Provide forecasting, planning and strategic execution support to the supply chain to meet current and future business requirements.
Lead and participate in cross functional teams to identify material delivery risk to customer orders.
Represent supply chain readiness for manufacturing build and system delivery/shipment.
Develop and monitor risk mitigation strategies, and coordinate root cause corrective actions.
Lead and participate in projects to resolve problems or to support continuous process improvement.
