About The Position

ECHELON is a veteran founded & operated energy drink built for the military community, athletes, competitors, and those who demand more. No artificial flavors or colors, zero sugar, and no proprietary ingredient. We're gritty, community-driven, & rapidly scaling across military, DTC, and national retail. ECHELON is looking for an experienced Project Manager with 3+ years of experience to manage the full project lifecycle for major projects for the company, from project definition through implementation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects while managing scope, cost, schedule, quality, resources, and stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • PMP certification required
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery
  • Strong experience with change management
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, leadership, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire project lifecycle, from project definition through implementation
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and milestones.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality requirements.
  • Drive project milestones and provide day-to-day direction to project resources.
  • Establish and maintain an effective communication plan for project teams and key stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate effective communication across teams.
  • Lead and implement change management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and potential roadblocks, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, budgets, and other required deliverables.
  • Apply strong judgment, leadership, decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills to complex project situations.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to improve project efficiency and outcomes.
