As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all phases of project delivery, from preconstruction through completion, while ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives are consistently met. Requirements

Ability for complete oversight of a heavy civil major project, for all scopes, with strong knowledge on all scopes.
Ability to express ideas and strategies technically in both verbal and written forms.
Ability to collaborate senior leaders (PM/Super/Estimator and the like), within a professional and sensitive manner.
Ability to manage procurement processes from preconstruction to execution phases.
High financial acumen, with full P&L responsibility for their assigned Projects.
Strong understanding of H&S requirements under OHSA.
Strong understanding of quality requirements consistent with the OPSS.
Ability to plan all project scopes under the individuals’ responsibilities, speaking with knowledge on their scopes.
Ability to manage a design build process.
