About The Position

The Project Manager is responsible for driving cross-departmental initiatives that advance organizational effectiveness, innovation, and growth. This role plays a critical part in transforming how the Association operates, ensuring that projects not only meet immediate goals but also contribute to long-term impact, sustainability, and member value. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana or similar).
  • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in a multi-state organization.
  • Experience in business process analysis, workflow documentation, and systems thinking.
  • Demonstrated experience fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and positive work environment.
  • Experience translating business needs into effective operational and technical solutions.
  • Prior experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple, concurrent projects with competing priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Masters preferred.
  • PMP certification is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage high-impact, cross-functional projects that support business transformation, operational excellence, and revenue growth. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships across departments, chapters, and leadership. Serve as a trusted liaison who brings stakeholders together, aligns priorities, and fosters a culture of collaboration, transparency, and shared ownership.
  • Effectively manage complex, multi-layered projects by identifying interdependencies, mitigating risks, and resolving challenges. Translate complex organizational needs into structured plans and scalable solutions that drive efficiency and impact.
  • Analyze workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and define business and system requirements. Lead efforts to enhance processes, optimize technology use, and improve overall organizational performance.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure project success and organizational impact. Ensure quality standards are met and continuously refine processes based on data, feedback, and evolving needs.
  • Support vendor evaluation, selection, and engagement processes. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure external solutions align with organizational goals, budget considerations, and long-term strategy.
