About The Position

MGC Contractors, Inc. is a 100% Employee Owned Corporation specializing in all forms of water and wastewater general contracting including Job Order Contracting, Construction Manager at Risk, Design-Bid-Build, and Design-Build throughout Arizona, Texas, Utah, and New Mexico. MGC Contractors, Inc is looking for experienced Project Managers to join our Utah Division in the Provo area.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor degree in Construction Management or related Program required.
• At least eight (8) years of construction field experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
• Effective Communication Skills both oral and written, and quick response time to inquiries.
• Passing a pre-employment background check and drug screen is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Superintendent in development of a project site logistics plan.
• Oversee the pay request process.
• Monitor project costs and job cost report.
• Analyze and forecast total cost projections.
• Monitor project labor.
• Review and approve material and equipment needs.
• Assist in estimating when bidding projects.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with owners, vendors, subcontractors.
• Any and all other duties assigned.
