About The Position

Stellar is seeking a Project Manager to direct and coordinate the activities of designated projects, including schedule, procurement, subcontracting, and reporting. The ideal candidate will ensure goals and objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters. This role requires a thorough understanding of construction processes, including submittal and RFI management, as well as construction finance, including budget management, invoicing, cash flow, and profit projections. The Project Manager will exhibit excellent leadership and communication skills, managing diverse teams and stakeholders effectively. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Prior experience in construction project management
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery from inception to completion
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel regularly to attend meetings, trainings, and events
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time
  • Ability to climb flights of stairs and ladders
  • Ability to use a computer, phone, iPad, printer, scanner, and other office equipment
  • Visual acuity for detailed work and computer use
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 25 pounds of files, documents, and materials

Nice To Haves

  • Construction Management degree is preferred
  • BIM experience is a plus
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus
  • Experience in industrial, food manufacturing, and / or cold storage construction is beneficial
  • Ability to relocate to be onsite full time is beneficial, if applicable
