About The Position

As a Project Manager at ElitAire, you will provide application support for internal and external customers using equipment selection and application knowledge. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to problem solve and make decisions without close supervision. They must be self-motivated, accurate, efficient, and capable of responding to customer needs. ElitAire prioritizes people and delivers top-notch sales, service, and controls to the commercial and industrial HVAC market across Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. Requirements

  • Site visits; required (travel is estimated to be between 10%-25%)
  • Proficiency in computer applications and operating systems including Windows, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make independent decisions.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of responding effectively to customer needs.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s or associate degree in project management, construction management or Industrial; preferred. Equivalent years of experience will also be considered.
  • HVAC Project Management; preferred.
  • Familiarity with Computer Aided Drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day project activities for executed orders.
  • Coordinate start-up, warranty, and troubleshooting support with service teams and technicians.
  • Provide technical support and develop proposals and pricing estimates.
  • Apply HVAC airside and waterside knowledge to support equipment selection and application.
  • Understand multiple technologies across manufacturer equipment lines.
  • Create equipment selections using manufacturer software and resources.
  • Support Account Managers and customers with proper equipment selection and application.
  • Develop scopes and proposals with itemized project costs.
  • Document selection criteria and maintain project files.
  • Assist Account Managers with customer-specific marketing strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Provide project updates and clear communication throughout the lifecycle.
  • Conduct site visits as needed.
