Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related experience
  • 3-5 years of prior technical or project management experience is desired
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all phases of projects, including planning, design, implementation, and close-out.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals, timelines, and budgets are achieved.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all project milestones.
  • Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular site visits in the DMV area to monitor project progress, ensure quality standards are met, and address any on-site issues.
  • Oversee the installation, programming, and commissioning of HVAC control systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
  • Identify and resolve project-related issues to ensure minimal disruption to project timelines.
