About The Position

As the Qinshan Project Manager, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the Qinshan Integration Testing Program. You will serve as the focal point for integration activities across engineering, tooling, procurement, quality, safety, operations, facilities, and supplier teams, ensuring all readiness requirements are achieved to support successful testing and project delivery. Your role Lead the execution of Integration, Training, and Tooling programs, ensuring alignment with safety, schedule, cost, and quality objectives. Lead the development and maintenance of program plans, schedules, readiness activities, and key milestones to support successful project delivery. Coordinate activities across engineering, tooling, procurement, suppliers, operations, facilities, and client stakeholders to ensure effective execution and alignment. Lead readiness reviews and ensure technical, training, tooling, safety, resource, and documentation requirements are completed in support of project and operational readiness. Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and interface challenges while implementing mitigation and recovery actions as required. Monitor scope, schedule, cost, and performance metrics, providing regular status updates and supporting project governance, decision-making, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in nuclear project management, including estimating, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Proficiency in engineered tooling concepts, with strong knowledge of nuclear systems and processes.
  • Ability to lead and motivate high-performing technical teams in a project-driven environment.
  • Ability to analyze issues, assess impact, and implement effective solutions.
  • Aptitude for managing complex stakeholder relationships and communicating effectively.
