About The Position

Our client is a leading global construction consultancy renowned for delivering high-profile, complex and iconic large-scale capital projects. With a strong focus on sustainability and innovation, they are truly at the forefront of their industry. We are currently seeking a talented full-time Project Manager for a Life Science project working directly with clients on the delivery major capital projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline; advanced degree a plus.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification issued by the Project Management Institute (PMI) preferred or required.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering capital projects within life sciences or industrial manufacturing environments.
  • Experience working with integrated project teams on complex, multi‑phase life science or industrial facilities.
  • Working knowledge of multiple project delivery methods, including Design‑Build and Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR).
  • Familiarity with regulated environments (e.g., GMP / GxP) is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of assigned life sciences capital projects, working under established program governance and client direction.
  • Act as a key point of contact for day‑to‑day coordination between the client, key stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Manage and coordinate elements of the project including design development, construction activities, cost tracking, and schedule performance.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining an appropriate project management framework in line with client and company standards.
  • Support project planning activities, including development and maintenance of detailed project schedules.
  • Coordinate and manage cross‑functional project teams to ensure successful execution of defined project scopes.
  • Monitor project progress and performance against safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets, escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Support the management of project risks, change control, and issue resolution through the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in monitoring project budgets, forecasts, and procurement activities in coordination with cost consultants.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements throughout project delivery.
  • Support project reporting and ensure timely and accurate flow of project information to the client and internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in project meetings, workshops, and site activities as required through construction and handover.
