About The Position

Property Management company is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our growing team. With this exciting opportunity, you’ll join our fast-paced group of motivated team members to restore what is often our clients’ largest investments - their property. The Projects Team manages a wide range of capital repair/improvement and renovation work. We service both our portfolio of Condominium and Multi-Family Managed properties and also provide General Contractor services for kitchen, bathroom renovations and beyond.

2+ years experience in the Residential Property Management/Construction Field
General knowledge of building envelope and equipment, general knowledge of building trades and construction sequencing
Ability to interpret condominium documents
Experience working with a Board of Trustees and/or Multi-family ownership
Experience with Google platform (docs/sheets/Meet/etc)
Be able to travel to different sites.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor degree preferred
Appfolio (or alternate Property Management software) experience a plus
Massachusetts Construction Supervisor’s License a plus

Responsibilities

Onboard new capital repair and improvement projects with the Property Management Team
Establish and grow relationships with our portfolio of contractors from General Contractors to HVAC, Roofing, Masonry among others
Solicit bids and prepare bid packages for projects leveling proposals to ensure consistency, quality and value.
Lead project administration including contract execution, W9s, and insurance certificates
Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders on individual project logistics
Conduct Site Visits for quality control and progress reporting
Execute weekly update reports, budget tracking and contractor payments
