About The Position

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple projects and teams, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to commercial property clients. As a Project Manager, you will oversee commercial property maintenance and improvement projects throughout San Diego County. You will coordinate vendors, crews, schedules, materials, budgets, and client communication to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards. This position requires strong leadership, organization, problem-solving, and customer service skills, along with the ability to make sound decisions independently in the field.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in commercial maintenance, property management, or construction industries as a Project Manager.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary to interact with clients, subcontractors, and team members effectively.
  • The ability to identify and address issues that may arise during projects is crucial.
  • Effective time management skills for meeting project deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as ZOHO, SAGE, or other CRM.
  • Must have a Valid California Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
  • This role requires regular travel to support properties across San Diego County.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple commercial property service projects simultaneously from start to completion
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, internal teams, schedules, and materials
  • Conduct property visits, site inspections, and project walkthroughs
  • Communicate regularly with clients, property managers, and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Identify and resolve project issues proactively and efficiently
  • Prepare project documentation, updates, and reports using company software systems
  • Support field operations and assist with troubleshooting or minor repairs when necessary
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards
