About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Project Manager to support pressroom operations, print quality, continuous improvement, safety, vendor coordination, systems accuracy, training, and cross-functional project execution. This role will serve as a key operational and technical resource across various teams and stakeholders to improve process performance, reduce waste, and strengthen overall print production execution. About the Role: Project manage and operational support, including defining, documenting, and managing smaller-scale projects Continuous improvement, quality, and rework initiatives, including supporting Tier 1 Boards and participating in quality and continuous improvement events Technical systems and pressroom process support, including SAP, Autocount, and Central Batch operations Vendor management, safety, and leadership support, including building vendor relationships and promoting a safe work environment

Requirements

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience
  • 2-4 years of related experience in pressroom, print production, or operations coordination
  • Prior experience with SAP, Autocount, or similar production management systems preferred
  • Knowledge of printing processes and technologies, project management, and scheduling software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate professionally with internal team members and external vendors
  • Working knowledge of Heatset and Coldset press operations
  • Proficiency in SAP transactions relevant to claims and inventory management
  • Familiarity with Autocount systems, including database management and configuration
  • Experience with densitometers and calibration procedures
  • Customer service mindset with ability to manage vendor relationships
