About The Position

About the Role Arch Systems is seeking a talented Project Manager to join our rapidly scaling team and help guide our customers in successfully implementing our impactful solutions. In this role, you will own and drive deployment-related programs across our customer base. This role does not require you to be highly technical, but it does require you to be able to work comfortably in a technical environment—coordinating cross-functional teams, driving timelines, managing risks, and ensuring clear communication across customer stakeholders and internal engineering/product teams. What You Will Own & Drive Own end-to-end deployment execution across multiple customer accounts and timelines, including new site implementations, customer onboarding, and connector development rollouts Build and manage project plans that align customer goals, internal resourcing, technical dependencies, and delivery milestones Tracking and coordinating technology deployments with our customers and partners on a global scale Drive structured kickoff, requirements gathering, implementation, validation, and go-live processes—ensuring consistent execution and high-quality outcomes Coordinate our efforts between our customers and engineering teams by prioritizing deployment needs, tracking open questions/issues, and ensuring timely resolution of technical and product blockers Maintain clear project documentation (status, risks, decisions, timelines, scope changes) and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and customer leaders Partner closely with Technical Account Managers, Sales Engineers, Account Managers, and Applications/Engineering teams to deploy successful rollout and end-to-end solutions across the Arch product stack Lead retrospectives and continuously improve deployment playbooks, templates, checklists, and operating cadence to improve team efficiency and customer experience What You Bring to The Table 3–5 years of project management experience in a SaaS company, manufacturing technology company, or customer-facing technical environment with a track record of delivering complex projects on time Experience managing cross-functional programs that involve external customers and internal engineering/product stakeholders Comfort operating in technical conversations (connectivity, integrations, data flows) and translating those details into clear project plans and action items Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, including the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and drive accountability Experience with Project Management methodologies (Agile, hybrid Agile/waterfall, or similar) and Project Management Software Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent industry experience) Understanding of cultural sensitivity and ability to collaborate with teams in Asia, Europe, and the Americas What Makes You Stand Out Experience supporting deployments in discrete manufacturing environments (electronics or other discrete manufacturing) Experience coordinating integration work across systems (e.g., APIs, data pipelines, ERP/MES context) even if you are not the person implementing it Experience developing repeatable rollout processes/playbooks for onboarding new customers and expansion within existing Strong customer-facing presence and ability to run meetings that include both technical and non-technical stakeholders PMP Certification Experience with the Smartsheets platform Additional language proficiencies How We Will Support You Innovate with Impact: Be part of a team developing transformative data products that optimize and revolutionize manufacturing operations globally. Requirements

  • 3–5 years of project management experience in a SaaS company, manufacturing technology company, or customer-facing technical environment with a track record of delivering complex projects on time
