About The Position

With all the information available today, it takes a skilled Program Manager to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our government and military every day, we need a Program Manager like you to do just that. As a Project Manager on our team, you'll lead the strategic coordination and execution of programs, ensuring alignment with U.S. defense objectives, synchronize infrastructure projects with modernization initiatives to integrate policy, engineering, logistics, and operational stakeholders into a unified execution framework, be responsible for end-to-end lifecycle management, leverage modern Project Management Information Systems, geospatial planning tools, and enterprise data platforms to enable data-driven decisions, apply performance metrics, schedule analytics, and risk assessments to keep all efforts aligned with capability timelines and operational requirements, coordinate with financial, engineering, and operational teams to maintain project continuity and compliance, support audit readiness and reporting through structured and accurate program documentation, and work with clients to define expectations for delivery against specific client portfolios. Using your comprehensive understanding of project management, you'll drive quality assurance and quality control processes and improvement plans to ensure team-level performance against client requirements. You’ll identify the talent and training necessary to meet current mission requirements, surge against expected crisis scenarios, and identify and posture against future requirements. You will be expected to maintain insight into government-defined mission requirements and production plans to provide effective oversight and inform decisions on how to operate the tasks. This will require working with staff on time management, including requests for extra hours and managing competing priorities, and being proactive in developing relevant capabilities, mission-driven innovations, and identifying mission white space. You will set and maintain a positive team culture where all staff can thrive, and work with clients and staff to improve performance where needed. Join us. The world can’t wait.
