Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead SETA advisor to the Government Program Manager and Contracting Officer Representative, assessing contractor technical deliverables, Engineering Change Proposals, design review packages, and commissioning test plans.
  • Monitor COCO operational performance benchmarks and verify site modifications against contract specifications, power and cooling agreements, and Service Level Agreements; audit physical progress to inform deliverable acceptance.
  • Baseline and maintain the government-side Integrated Master Schedule in MS Project, aligning contractor schedules with government interdependencies, tenant fit-out, mission milestones, critical-path analysis, and long-lead supply-chain tracking.
