About The Position
Omni Metalcraft has been building quality material handling solutions since 1976 and is growing. We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Integrator Division and lead projects for well-known companies in North America. This role involves ensuring complex projects are delivered on time, in scope, and without issues.
Requirements
- 3+ years in project management or a similar role involving vendor management, customer relationships, or team leadership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to read and interpret design drawings
- Strong communicator, self-starter, and someone who actually follows through

Responsibilities
- Partnering with Sales to develop proposals and scope out resources from the start
- Leading multiple projects simultaneously, including kick-offs, design reviews, and milestone tracking
- Managing vendor relationships to keep critical components on schedule
- Acting as the primary contact for customers, handling change orders and keeping them informed
- Identifying risks early and solving problems before they escalate
