Project Manager (AI Product Rollouts)
About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the rollout of AI products, specifically Regrello & Cohere. This is a contract position requiring the candidate to start onsite in Downtown, Houston, Texas from Day 1. The role involves managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources across multiple AI workstreams. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive implementation planning, and ensure AI implementations align with enterprise security, compliance, and responsible AI governance standards. This role also includes managing Agile and hybrid delivery models, tracking adoption metrics, and collaborating with vendors and internal teams to mitigate risks and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 12–15+ years of experience in enterprise IT project/program management
- Lead end-to-end execution of enterprise AI product rollout initiatives involving platforms such as Regrello and Cohere or similar Platforms.
- Proven experience managing enterprise AI, digital transformation, SaaS, or platform implementation programs.
- Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery methodologies
- Experience coordinating enterprise-wide rollouts involving infrastructure, applications, security, and business operations teams
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, governance, and vendor management skills
- PMP Certification
Responsibilities
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource planning across multiple AI workstreams
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including AI engineering, infrastructure, security, compliance, enterprise applications, and business stakeholders
- Drive implementation planning, environment readiness, deployment coordination, and rollout governance activities
- Facilitate integration planning between AI platforms and enterprise systems including collaboration, workflow, and productivity tools
- Establish governance mechanisms including steering meetings, status reporting, RAID logs, and executive communications
- Ensure AI implementations align with enterprise security, compliance, and responsible AI governance standards
- Support vendor coordination, implementation planning, onboarding activities, and issue resolution for AI platforms
- Manage Agile and hybrid delivery models including sprint coordination, release tracking, and milestone management
- Track adoption metrics, rollout KPIs, operational readiness, and business value realization
- Collaborate with vendor, architecture, and cybersecurity teams to support AI risk mitigation and operational controls
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to AI operationalization, automation, and enterprise rollout processes
