Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management, preferably within consulting or professional services.
Proven ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project).
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to risk management and conflict resolution.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and implementation of projects from initiation to closure.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
Coordinate and manage cross-functional project teams to achieve project objectives.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues proactively.
Communicate project status, updates, and changes to clients and senior management regularly.
Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company standards.
Facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and post-project evaluations.
Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing best practices.
