About The Position

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Project Manager to support portfolio-level initiatives. This role plays a key part in aligning business and technology teams, ensuring projects are tracked effectively, resources are properly allocated, and delivery stays on schedule. We partner with 15 of the top 20 banks globally, and our top 10 banking clients have worked with us for an average of 26 years!. This role is located at a client site in Reston, VA. A hybrid working model is acceptable.

Requirements

7 years of experience in project management, program management, or PMO roles
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once without losing attention to detail
Comfortable working in Agile environments and familiar with frameworks like Scrum or SAFe
Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and other Atlassian products
Ability to track budgets, monitor forecasts, and understand financial variances
Confident communicator who can present updates clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics like velocity and burn-down charts
Strong follow-up habits and accountability in driving tasks to completion
Working knowledge of SDLC and technology delivery processes
