About The Position

DH Pace Company, Inc of Atlanta is seeking to hire a Project Manager who will specialize in doors, frames, and hardware for the commercial construction industry at our Peachtree Corners office to ensure project objectives are met by specified date and within budget by effectively planning, directing, and coordinating activities. Requirements

Minimum of two years of experience managing projects and budgets; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
High level of attention to detail
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
Proficient with Windows based programs, ERP/CRM systems
Good understanding/use of Excel
Must possess a Valid Driver’s License and good driving record

Nice To Haves

Commercial Door Experience is a Plus
Experience with construction software such as Procore

Responsibilities

Review project plans and specifications to determine materials, schedule, budget parameters, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources for the various phases of the project
Discuss and establish work plan outline with staff; assign duties, scope of authority and provide technical advice/troubleshooting
Direct and coordinate activities to ensure project is on schedule and within budgeted scope; review status reports prepared by staff and make changes where needed
Other duties as assigned
