Association for New Canadians is a non-profit, community-based organization dedicated to the provision of settlement and integration services for immigrants and refugees. Reporting to the Associate Director of Community and School Engagement, the Project Manager - Youth Mental Health is responsible for leading the development and delivery of a newcomer-focused youth mental health project, with an emphasis on peer support, mental health literacy, and youth empowerment. This role oversees project planning, staffing, curriculum development, and information sessions to ensure alignment with funder requirements and organizational priorities. The position builds and maintains strong internal and external referral networks to connect youth with appropriate mental health supports. The incumbent will also manage project data, reporting, and continuous improvement to support effective outcomes and accountability. Additional responsibilities are carried out as required to support the success of the project.
