About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong AI/ML project delivery expertise to manage and drive end-to-end execution of AI-driven initiatives for Juniper Networks. The ideal candidate should have experience managing cross-functional teams, AI/ML implementations, data-driven projects, and enterprise technology programs. The candidate will work closely with engineering, product, data science, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of AI-based solutions aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

8+ years of Project Management experience in IT/Technology environments.
Strong experience managing AI/ML, Data Analytics, or Automation projects.
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of AI/ML lifecycle, Generative AI, NLP, or predictive analytics projects.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience using Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of SDLC and enterprise application delivery.
Ability to manage distributed/global teams.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with enterprise networking environments.
Knowledge of GenAI use cases and AI governance frameworks.
Prior experience working with large enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage AI/ML and enterprise technology projects from initiation to closure.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Engineering, Cloud, and Product teams.
Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, resource planning, and risk management strategies.
Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
Track project progress, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
Drive AI adoption initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.
Work with technical teams on AI/ML model deployment, automation, analytics, and cloud-based AI solutions.
Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations.
Identify project risks/issues and implement mitigation plans proactively.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
