About The Position

Inframark is seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager II to lead operations across multiple facilities and contracts. This role is for a strategic leader with a strong operational background and a passion for building high-performing teams, offering an opportunity to make a meaningful impact. The Project Manager II will oversee the full scope of operations, performance, and client relationships across assigned facilities. This includes setting project goals, developing strategies, implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs), and driving business growth through contract management, renewals, and new opportunities. The role involves leading, hiring, coaching, and developing teams to build strong performance and engagement, managing client relationships including meetings with municipal leaders and council presentations, and overseeing facility operations, maintenance, and capital project execution. Additionally, the Project Manager II will develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets, ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (OSHA, DOT, etc.), conduct facility inspections, collaborate with regulatory agencies, and own financial performance including invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, and cost control.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of experience in water or wastewater treatment operations
  • Strong leadership experience managing teams and multi-site operations
  • Valid driver’s license; ability to obtain required water/wastewater certifications
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and data interpretation
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets and financial performance
  • Communication: Confident, professional communicator who builds strong client and team relationships
  • Problem Solving: Strategic thinker who can identify complex issues and drive innovative solutions
  • Execution: Able to prioritize, delegate, and deliver results in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
